Warner Brothers created this short for the Dominion of Canada's National War Finance Committee (Dept of Finance) & the 6th Victory Loan. It was re-edited into the U.S. short "Road To Victory." The plot (loosely): a family from 1960 time travels to 1944 but really just an excuse to show some musical performances.
